호텔에 저녁 9시 쯤 호텔에 도착했는데 방이 두 개만 예약돼 있었습니다 다 거래처 사장님 드리고에서 같은 방에 주무시기 힘들어 할 것 같아서 각자 독방 으로 방6개를 예약했는데 큰 실수를 했습니다 아주 어려운 관계들이여 한 침대 두 명 주무실 수가 없어 방 두 개네 명이 숙박하고 두 명은 방을 찾아서 1시간 30분 아이다호 주변에 여덟 개 모텔 호텔을 드렸으나 방이 없었습니다 어쩔 수 없어서 저희는 벤츠에서 잠을 청하고 있는데 새벽 1시 1시 30분에 호텔닷컴에서 전화를 두 번 세 번 해서 벤 차 안에서 잠도 편안히 잘 수 없도록 하는 고통스러운 시간을 만들어 주더군요 한국에서 거래처 중소기업 귀하신 사장임들 모시고 여행중입니다. 어떻게 하면이 피비린내 나는 보상을 받을 수 있는지 최대한 노력해서 안 되면 한국에 가서 모든 사이트에이 사실을 그대로 알려서 다시는 한국 사람들이 미국 여행 중에 이런 피해를 받지 않도록 최대한 노력할 생각입니다

Right on the river, beautiful location. The hotel is extremely clean with large rooms and great service.

I didn't like the shower in room 440. The water leaked all over the floor. I was also awakened by a train horn passing by at 1:30 in the morning.

This property was very clean ; interior was very well cared for and smelled wonderful. We had stayed at a marriot e tended stay in salt lake and this hilton was far above our other stay!!

The room was very comfortable…once we got the temperature right. I would recommend an additional blanket on the bed. The room was very dark. Putting makeup on was difficult due to the lack of lighting.

Remodeled since last visit. Nicely done. Clean. Front desk gal was very friendly. If you choose not to have breakfast onsite, Smittys down the road is a classic Idaho Falls breakfast joint. Try that with the locals. Great breakfast and old-school ambiance.

Terrible Experience
When searching for a place to stay I added filter like “breakfast included” and this place showed up. Because it showed up I didn’t read well enough because breakfast is available but for an extra charge. So we went to a local store to get a few items to last us through the weekend. Then we found out in the morning that everything we bought had to be thrown away because their fridge didn’t work. Both bed lights weren’t working and their microwave is completely inconvenient and unusual. Try typing in 35 seconds into this bad boy.. oh wait, you spin a dial and guess as to what amount of time you selected. Absolutely ridiculous for a Hilton Hotel. They can certainly do better. It’s embarrassing.

Hardest bed ever slept in.
The room was nice, clean, excellent view. The bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. I don’t know which would be softer, the bed, or the carpeted floor. It made sleeping almost impossible for me.

A quiet getaway
A fantastic experience staying here!! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the scenery and surroundings were exquisite!!! The food and service in the restaurant were excellent as well!! We will definitely be staying here again in the near future!!

we rented a suite. There were a couple issues, the bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor, I woke up with my hips hurting so bad, and the pillows were so thin I had to double stack them and they killed my neck. The toilet paper holder in the master bath was so loose anytime you would get t.p., it would spin around, the toilet in the master bath felt like it was going to come out of the floor every time you got up. Other than that the room had a great view and was clean. The only other issue was we decided to try the hot tub one night, we went down and the water was a foot low, we turned on the jets and nothing happened when he told a worker in the pool area he told is the jets did not work but the hot tub was fine. We stepped in to luke warm water and just went back up to our room. What we paid for a suite was not worth it due to these issues
