“The property was on beautiful grounds.Our room was clean .The main issue was the carpet in the lobby was absolutely filthy which was a little turn off. The restaurant was closed on the day we were there so we had to dtive a distance for meals. It was a nice scenic stop inbetween two city visits.”

“Beautiful old building, nice big room on the ground floor. Could have used a floor lamp, a table or desk w/chair. Bed not very confortable. Unfortunately, a couple moved in the room right above ours on our first night there and we could hear their every step, cough, sneezes, laugh, showers and conversations well into the night, no noise insulation…Very nice bathroom and shower. Kitchen very well appointed, pots and pans, dishes, coffee makers etc…bring your food and enjoy the company of fellow...

“The staff were lovely and so helpful. We loved the big comfy bed. The hotel is convenient for the port and for the station. The only let down was the breakfast - a yoghurt drink, protein bar and an apple. Not what we were expecting when we booked.”
