"Best location as a visitor to move around the best spot of Quebec City and old Quebec. Then the front desk was very helpful, since it’s raining hard we try to check in early and she let us check in since the room is already available. Kudos for her! very good customer service! Everything was excellent, We had an amazing stay!"

"The room was…nice. A very typical hotel room with a ‘meh’ view out the window. There was a party/wedding in our ‘block’ so all I heard was the bass, which woke me up at 12:30am."

"The room wasn’t very clean. The washroom exhaust fan wasn’t working and when we brought this up to the staff they gave a stupid reason of the hotel being old. No action was taken. Almost 2 days we stayed in the same room. It was super unhygienic when we used the restroom. The moisture and odour never went away. Wouldn’t recommend this place. :("

"The pool area is hazardous. The top 2 steps into the pool were very slippery. The hand railings were very loose getting in an out of the hot tub. The top step of the hot tub was uneven and I cut my toe on the rocky step. Which to my toe to bleed severely. Very unsafe!!!! Between the pool and hot tub being neglected a law suit is just waiting to happen if someone has a more severe incident than I had."
