“Comfortable hotel at that price. No complaint.”

“The property is clean, room is spacious and good. The only problem is one of the staff asked me to wait until they check the room at the time of checkout which I felt rude.”

“It was good”

“Great stay”

“The reception wasn’t friendly at all. ”

“Initially, we were given a cramped single-bed room instead of our reserved Superior Room (two queen beds). When I asked to double-check, they changed our room but didn't even bother to apologize. That staff member was terrible and left me with a bad first impression of Quebec. The location was a bit of a distance to the Old Town, but it was okay, and everything else was pretty fine overall.”
