"Room 502 - excellent views over the beach and water. Room was comfortable. It had a desk but all the usb c connectors were next to the bed. The room had one major flaw, the bathroom. The shower was over the bath. It was a very deep bath where you has to climb over the edge without anything to hang on to. Believe it or not, it also had a cheap plastic shower curtain, in a 5 star hotel? The hose type shower head was in a rigid wall bracket with no adjustment. Basically the shower was a nightmare. It was a shame as it let the rest of the room down."

"The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good, though it was difficult for them to keep up with all the people. Coffee was very nice. Efficient set up with luggage storage before and after our stay."
