"We arrived early, staff held our bags for us and even had them in our room for us when we returned. Very wonderful room and staff. Hotel is located in a great location so that it is very close to the sites and food, but just off the main street so that you don't have to hear all the nightlife. Room was great with entire wall set up for movies. Not much of a breakfast, but if you're not eating in Chinatown.... would recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

"Good for a night when transferring. There were a couple of minor irrating things about the room, like how you have to have the light on to charge your phone and no USB phone chargers (essential for hosting world travellers I'd say). Room was clean and large enough for our family. Staff were really helpful with an accidental double booking. The decor in the corridors is a little dark so it gives the place a bit of a menacing feel. "

Bad smell in the room, which caused me to ask for a room change. The new room fixed the odor problem. Overall, the hotel need renovation as things look pale and old. Definitely not a 5-star. "
