Super friendly and helpful staff! Facilities were clean but noticed there were a few gamblers that took over all the couches in the lobby area, either sleeping or laying down that made me feel just a little out of place.

Nest Hotel Incheon
There was nobody there to help us with our suitcases when we got to the hotel (we had 4 suitcases). We also found dirt on our carpet near our bed. The bathroom was clean and spacious and the overall room set up was nice, also only a 10 minute drive to the airport.
