"The room was nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and the room is pretty spacious. The location is very convenient if you have a 24h lay-over in Seoul. The shuttle bus is very convenient too. The reception staff was helpful and nice. However, we wanted to have a drink before leaving in the afternoon and we waited forever for the bartender to come to the bar so we could order something. On the menu, it was written that we could ordered some bites to eat with the drinks but he said he couldn’t because the kitchen was preparing for the dinner and couple of drinks were not available. So I ended up ordering nothing after waiting a long time! "

"Pros - indoor and outdoor children’s play areas. CU onsite for quick, reasonably priced snacks Rooms are clean and spacious. We had read that they offered no in room amenities but found all the normal offerings (large containers of soap, shampoo in the shower) individual q-tips and cotton swabs, etc. con - the restaurants onsite are expensive I had read that the pool/ beach area was not included and charged a separate usage fee. We did not end up using it due to weather so cannot confirm this. The hotel is very dark interior."

"The staff were excellent, the room was comfortable and clean and the airport shuttle was very efficient. We didn’t give 5 stars because you were a captive audience for the food and it was super expensive. The toilet in our room was sluggish and the hose shower head didn’t point downwards so it was difficult not to wet the whole room. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it"

"Rooms are clean but on the basic side, AC was strong enough and staff were nice. The location is fantastic but because it is, it got very loud at night and there was construction around this time. If it wasn’t for the construction and noise I would probably give a 4. The missing star would be the size of the room and pillows were very flat. "

"My family and I really enjoyed the stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi to go to Seoul station and they helped with the arrangements. Overall we had a wonderful stay and there were a lot of restaurants in the area. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. "
