"It was a little difficult initially to find where to check in, but after I found it, everything went smoothly. The temperature in the room didn’t seem to match what is was set on the remote (getting either too cold or too warm, but other that, it was a cute little place that had what I needed. I really liked the balcony and view of the city at night."

"It was a super clean room with extremely hospitable staff . They’re always paying attention to you and making sure you’re well taken care of and never ignored! I was impressed. The Vy bar has great vibes and wonderful bartenders that let us practice our Korean ordering with them! the room allows you to order any thing you can imagine that you’ve missed . Comfy slippers and robes, really comfortable pillows and duvet, and the black out curtains had not a millimeter crack of sunlight which helped me sleep like a baby! I was extremely comfortable during my stay, which initially I was so frustrated by since I was forced to stay one more night in Korea due to a flight delay, but the staff at Grand Hyatt turned the experience around for me and allowed me a peaceful last evening here. Airport shuttle was comfortable and had so many seats. it was difficult to find where to stand to get on the shuttle though , I had to ask 3 Korean locals at the airport"

"Location is excellent especially when you have to leave for Incheon Airport. They have a free shuttle. The only thing that was hard is they are very rigid on check in time. We have got there at 9:30am and were told you could pay to check in early but not until 11am. We came back at 2:30pm and were told we still had to wait to exactly 3:00pm. I wish they could be a little more flexible."

"I would give Nest Hotel Incheon six stars if I could. The room was perfect, the grounds were amazingly beautiful and restful, and the restaurant was top of the line. This was my first visit to Korea and everyone was very helpful and considerate. I may not travel back but I would highly recommend this as a convenient place to stay near the airport."

"Very welcoming . I love the staff are very helping when you go into the property with luggage and attentive . The room very specious and clean . I love the ideas of going out to the spa next door or casino diffrent type of restaurants . I will recommend even if you are staying for one night . It’s so close to the airport too ."
