“This was by far the best LA hotel experience Ive personally had. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the rooms were clean as well. The area has a couple of food options and taco trucks near by as well. If you are looking for a place to stay I definitely recommend this as a solid budget friendly option.”

“The reception help was rude. The mattress broken, springs made squeaky sounds when sitting or lying on that side of the bed. The shower head had rust from where the water is dispersed. There was graffiti scribed in the mirror.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the Citadel Outlets. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, but the property itself is quite old and could benefit from some renovations and updates.”
