"The breakfast was good but were out of supplies sometimes. Every night except the last one the key card was deactivated, so that we had to go back to the front desk to get it reprogrammed."

"Room was clean my complaint is the bathroom… toilet paper was very low upon arrival so by morning we were out. The towels were very small only had 1 per person. I believe the towels we had were the same ones that are used for swimming pool. Room wasn’t refreshed with clean towels, coffee, or empty the garbage. I think hotel was under staffed for the amount of guests and supplies need to be ordered to accommodate for basic needs. I also heard many guests complain about blankets or lack of they were cold!!!"

"Room overall was nice. Only complaint was there was sticky stuff on the floor had to clean that up. We had the Romantic room great for couples. "

"When we checked in we were given a room that was not fully clean. There was a used washcloth and hair in the tub. We were moved next door to a clean, but run down room. The hallway was filthy when we checked in at 7pm and had the same filth at 2pm. We always stay here when we visit Quincy, which is multiple times per year. It’s the easiest since we travel with our dog. However, we will likely be looking elsewhere. It seems that upkeep is not important. This was such a great hotel and I’m sad to see its standards fail. "

"You can see they are doing some renovations to the place. But over all it was clean and humble and we enjoyed the pool area. Even if the water was cold. "
