"Pool was freezing! Didn’t like that. Room was clean but didn’t like the double side mirror in the bathroom. You need to look into that 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 "

"The bathtub was terrible. It needed reglazing, the surround was coming off the wall, the shower curtain would not open completely so water was getting all over the floor. And there was no hand soap to wash our hands after using the restroom. And the elevator was a bit scary it seemed old and the doors took a minute or two to open. "

"Friendly staff at check in, cute cocktail bar, clean rooms and bathroom, good pillows. I was sad the pool wasn’t quite up for the season but it was early spring so that makes sense. Area felt safe as a solo female traveler. A few restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walking. "

"Everyone in staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was great and the location to old town was the best. My only complaint the whole stay was with the parking. Definitely not parking friendly. I had to park across the street and walk across what seemed to be a main thoroughfare. Very dangerous since my health doesn’t allow me the ability to move too fast. For a hotel of that size a parking deck would be nice, or at least cut down the size of the gated/private parking. There was very many available spots I never saw taken but began a locked gate. But I did enjoy the stay."

"Pool and hot tub inoperable, door locked. Filthy hardwood floors with ants, red and black microscopic bugs around the bed and throughout the room. Floors lightly swepted but needed deep mopping. After being bitten several times on first night, at breakfast, I showed evidence of ants, red and black bugs on a napkin. Assured Me that room was gonna be cleaned, it wasn't done by nighttime. I wet a towel and washed the entire floors three times. Ants, bugs, contact lens and dental floss container was found. One lady behind on replenishment of hot foods. Found her in the next room on her cell phone talking to a man. Excuse me. the hot foods are empty, she stood up walked towards me, not happy and did a CURTSY towards me as to disrespect waiting guests who gasped when she did that gesture."

"Rooms and common areas were kept very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Took one point off because there wasn’t ample parking—to be fair, I visited during a peak time (huge festival going on in town); also, there was a lot of noise late into the night coming from the downstairs lounge (the outside seating area is in the courtyard adjacent to the rooms). "
