"Decent room,right off highway,convenient over all just a place to sleep. Toliet was plugged when first used it. Shampoo dispenser in shower empty, water not hot in shower. Breakfast was average,pool was closed Looks like thats how they operate there, bare bones"

"The room next door was having loud arguments at 3:30 am. I called the front desk, received no answer. Went downstairs and spent 5 minutes trying to get the employees attention. He had headphones on and was scrolling on his phone. He called them and asked them to be quiet. He then called my room and told me to call if they were loud again. They were. I called. He didn't pick up. I went back downstairs and spent another 5 minutes trying to get his attention. Absolutely ridiculous. "

"Great location--close to Gainbridge Arena and Lucas Oil Stadium. Many restaurants in the area--walkable."

"Staff were extremely friendly; rooms were super clean. My only complaint, and I'm sure it was out of the hotel's hands, but the whole reason we booked this hotel was because of the convenience for attending Supercross. Last time we stayed for Supercross (2023), it was so nice to be able to use the Skywalk and walk indoors (sheltered from the weather) from our hotel to the convention center and then to Lucas Oil Stadium. This time (unbeknown to us), the Skywalk and the Convention Center were closed so we had to walk in the rain to get to the stadium... that was kinda disappointing. But, otherwise, we had a great stay."

"room was dirty and had black mold above the shower. there was hair in the shower and the sheets didn't fit the bed, so i can see the mattress was disgusting! the staff was friendly so that was a plus. the elevator was broken and we were never notified"
