"WOW, I highly recommend Restoration Ashville. Located right in the center of Ashville. The staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. The room was clean with comfortable beds. Many cozy locations to relax and enjoy your day. The basement lounge is a fun place to unwind after your day. For me, it’s the little things that make a big difference. Free water and soda in your room. You don’t see that anymore. A free picnic basket with breakfast goodies brought to your door every morning. All for a very reasonable price. So, if your looking for a comfortable hotel to lay your head at night with excellent service and quality throughout I think Restoration is for you. (Basically for most of the day you’re out and about exploring Ashville, the mountains, Biltmore Estates…..) If your wanting the resort experience, basically you don’t leave the hotel for the majority of your stay then there are other options."

"This is probably the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at and I travel a lot. The rooms are spacious with a great kitchen area. We stayed for a month last year and almost a month this year. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with so many choices and the room that it is in - WOW! Windows all around with outside seating and great views of the Smokey Mountains and downtown. The pool is great - there's an area on the 7th floor for hanging out and watching sunsets. The laundry room is a plus. The staff couldn't be nicer. They were friendly, helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel."
