Broken cafetiere taken down to reception for replacement and offered one that was dirty.
Pool was nice but the sauna had replacement slats in I don't think that they are the type of wood for saunas and the screw head were left proud so got extremely hot to touch.
The reception desk needs a tidy a lot of clutter behind it.

“Superb stay from start to finish. Extremely helpful staff who were always friendly and approachable and actually looked like they were enjoying their job.
The executive lounge was lovely and offered a good selection of food and drinks.
A lovely room with a comfy bed and the chair by the window was sumptuous!
The only negative was an over bath shower (but I appreciate some people like a bath) and the odd mirror/plug situation that seems to exist in most hotels.

“We stayed in one of the offsite casa style rooms which was perfect for our family (we were parents travelling with two teenagers). Room was clean and had all we needed for our two night stay. We appreciated the afternoon scones and tea in the main hotel. We were surprised that our rooms didn’t have any housekeeping between our first and second nights so I’m not sure if that was part of the casa room service or not but our request for addition towels was taken care of quickly!”
