"Soy un cliente asiduo del hotel, sin embargo en esta oportunidad quedé muy decepcionado. La última habitación que asignaron el lavamanos estaba con problemas el desagüe estaba tapado. Adicional el colchón de la cama en mal estado cualquier movimiento rechinaba. Tendrán que ser más cuidadosos y darle el mantenimiento respectivo a las habitaciones "

"The shower had mold , the fan in the bathroom not working and the room smells horrible and I call front desk the only thing they did spray the room and after 30 minutes the room smells awful again "

"We had a wonderful experience at Fiesta Inn Ciudad de Mexico Aeropuerto. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The greeting at check-in was flawless — the staff were welcoming, efficient, and very professional, which made the arrival process smooth after a long day of travel. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well maintained. The rooms were clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing before or after a flight. Being located so close to the airport makes it extremely convenient, yet the atmosphere inside the hotel feels calm and pleasant. We also had the opportunity to try the food at the hotel restaurant, which was excellent. The quality of the dishes was very good and the prices were fair, especially considering the convenience and service. The dining experience was enjoyable and the staff were attentive throughout the meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and very good food.
