"The hotel is older but clean. The sink in our bathroom had no pressure at all and the tv was older. We only encountered one staff member and although he was very nice, since he was the only one, we had to wait for him on several occasions. Once when there was an issue with a reservation in front of us and when we were checking out. He must have been outside. We waited probably 10 minutes. The person in front of us gave up and just left her key cards on the counter. The hotel is in a good location and although I only think this hotel is average, I would stay there again if I was visiting the same area. "

"Unfortunately, our room was filthy! The floors were disgusting and looked like they had not been vacuumed/cleaned all week. We asked to change rooms and the second room was just as bad. It was very disappointing. "

"Loud music was booming until 4:30 am. We called then front desk 2-3 times starting at 1:30 am and they did nothing about it. Finally the music stopped at 4:30am. We got about 2 hours sleep! The worst experience ever in a hotel stay!"

"It was fine but the toilet clanked all night. The curtains wouldn't close properly and there was a light outside. I couldn't sleep at all. Also why is there no MSNOW available. I note Fox is available. The staff however was super. I very much appreciated them. And the place was clean. Not likely to choose this hotel again with so many other options"

"Someone cooked fish and stunk up a whole floor. We couldn't pick a different floor since everything was already booked. Staff was respectful but couldn't do much about the smell. Room was dirty, other people's hairs were on towels, bedsheets and shower. Walls had holes in it. "

"We did not stay at the hotel due to blood on both our beds. Hair was all over the bed. Floor was dirty, bathroom was dirty. They gave us a refund but due to us buying hotel through hotels.com we couldn’t get a refund the same evening. "

"Very clean facility with a friendly & professional staff. The shower floor is rather slippery but with care taken should not be a big issue. Otherwise, a very nice stay in all aspects."
