“The inside of the apartment was clean. The bed was amazing and hot water was adequate. The price I paid was fair for the room. The only issues were that the living room is massive with only 2 uncomfortable manual recliners in the middle of the room for seating. A love seat would be ideal. And on the 2nd or 3rd day the television stopped working out of the blue. I tried to turn it on and the screen just remained black. I called Frank at the number I used to speak to him for billing and I left a...

“The property is off site and you MUST read all information or check in will be very challenging. Staff member I spoke with was great - but this is an off site property and I wasn’t aware (my fault). In a neighborhood that looks a little sketchy…..”

“Everything was awesome with our stay. The only thing I would recommend is new pool furniture that's comfortable. It was like sitting on metal bars. Other than that we would definitely stay again!!”

“I would give great reviews but one thing that bothered me we prepaid for our stay at check out your are charged 40 dollars a day resort fee that was never mentioned. When I questioned it at check out was told nothing they can do and was like no big deal we stayed 6 nights that was 240 dollars I was a little upset was never mentioned at all … so please be aware of that fee they don’t tell you in advance.”

“Our stay at the Pink Shell was fantastic! We spent 5 nights with my Son, daughter in law and 2 Grandchildren. Wonderful resort for family. Plenty of activities for kids. Wonderful pools, restaurants and great beach for shelling. Friendly staff throughout! We hope to return sometime soon!”

“This hotel was in a great location for my visit with friends in Cape Coral. Close to all the restaurants and bars in the south Cape. Live music every day at the Tiki bar at the hotel. Office staff were great and very accommodating. We used the pool everyday. Rooms were decent. The floors might need to be mopped more often. My feet were black from walking around my room the first day. But aside from that it was an enjoyable stay.”

“Loved the breakfast. Nice to start the day with a good meal. Gorgeous views and saw dolphins from our balcony. Also loved the fact that they have full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. We brought our own but it is nice to know for future stays since we travel by plane. Only downside was the sand on the beach was super hard and not the soft white sand that I expected. Definitely would recommend and will hopefully be able to come again.”

“전반적으로 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있습니다.”
