"I was very disappointed with the check-out experience. There was no porter service available to assist guests with their luggage when leaving it at the concierge desk. Furthermore, access to the room was disabled before 11:00 a.m., creating unnecessary inconvenience. The concierge desk is located on the ground floor, far from the reception area, yet there was no staff assistance or organization in place to help guests manage their luggage and departure process efficiently. The lack of coordination and support made the experience frustrating and stressful. For a hotel of this category and reputation, I expected a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, the departure experience fell well below the standard of excellence that guests should reasonably expect."

"This is a beautiful and truly exceptional Hotel. It has the finestst, most beautiful Hotel grounds in the Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers and Southwest Florida. No other expensive Holiday Resorts or so called Luxe Hotels compare to this lush and beautiful environment with lovely gardens within and throughout the expansive property. This Gym is state of the Art. The rooms are spotless, fresh and beautifully appointed. The outdoor pool is super clean and pleasing with shade trees, nice chairs and chaise lounge with umbrellas. Also, the Trianon Hotel is located directly in the center of the Bonita Springs area; halfway between the south and north end and situated alongside of Highway 41; giving it perfect access to all other local destinations. The professionalism here is unexcelled, and all the Trianon employees are very kind, conscientious and expert in their unique service and duties. I am amazed that it is only rated as a 3 star Hotel...for it is way above and beyond the majority of all 5 star-rated Hotels and Resorts where I have stayed over the years! I can say for certain, that if you have the good fortune of visiting here, you will feel very pleased and satisfied! Come and InJoy! JamesSteven & Muse on the loose..."
