"I want to start by recognizing the front desk staff on June 8 around 10:00 PM. They were incredibly helpful when I called because our flight had been moved to the following day. They were able to check us in over the phone, which made the situation much less stressful. When we arrived at the hotel, there was a bit of a hiccup because the staff initially couldn’t find our reservation and told us we couldn’t check in until 2:00 or 4:00 PM. I explained that I had already spoken with someone who checked us in, and after looking further, they were able to locate our reservation. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was the room key cards. When we first got to our room, none of our three key cards worked right away, and it took several minutes and multiple attempts before we could get in. The following day, after a long day at Disney, we were looking forward to relaxing, but we ran into the exact same problem. I also noticed several other guests experiencing the same issue. It was very inconvenient to have to return to the front desk, wait in line behind other guests with the same problem, get the cards reset, and then still spend a few more minutes trying to get the door to unlock. The room itself appeared clean overall. However, the carpet had a few noticeable red stains, the bathroom sink drained very slowly, and the shower faucet leaked unless it was closed with quite a bit of force. Despite these issues, we still had a relaxing stay."
