The staff was not very welcoming and there was no one at the front desk when I arrived. There must be new management because this place felt like a motel. At night you can hear people coming up and down the stairs. I did not sleep so well. Overall the room had most of the amenities you need.

The room was clean. The biggest issue is what is missing from the room. No place to hang towels. No place to put anything in the shower: no soap dish, no shelf for toiletries. There is no closet nor a suitcase stand. It has a coffee machine, but nowhere to plug it in (without moving furniture. Nice microwave and refrigerator/freezer. Nice bed and chairs.

I I ever make it back through Duarte, CA I will definitely stay here again. The property is really in a good location for finding a late night snack and major shopping. The staff was very nice and efficient during check-in and check-out. If I could change anything, I would add an ice machine on the first floor for guest!

A GREAT hotel. Everything about this place is phenomenal. This was my 2nd time staying here. Rooms are squeaky clean, including the bathrooms. Has all the necessary amenities. The staff is really nice; Didn't make a big deal because we woke up late and let us stay another hour, lol. 5/5 stay for sure.
