"The hotel is more intimate than the others. Perfect place to reconnect with your significant other, the atmosphere was quiet, not much activity to do. The sportbar was great Sergio and Evan was great. Every staff recommended their favorite food. No, shame at all. The Agave was excellent, the food was on point, the cocktails was amazing. The olas was good as well. I love the ceviche. The bartender JuanCarlos was enthusiastic, his special drink 9-1-1 is a must to try. The hotel is so beautiful, very modern, the swim up room perfect is every way."

"Great location. Close to the beach and bars. Also the restaurants were right on the beach. Hotel was beautiful and the pool area was excellent.. walking distance to all souvenir shops .. everything was easy access.. you can literally get whatever you want right there at the resort 😏..Great place to stay!!"

"We loved everything about the property, staff was amazing and very helpful. Room got cleaned everyday as well. Only thing I wish was that it was on the hotel strip lol. My girlfriend did get sick on our second day but even then even asking staff questions they exceeded expectations."

"Great activities for kids. The kid's club is available everyday with all new activities (face painting, clay making, pinaata making, tye dye shirt making, etc). Great theme nights. Food was quite good for an all inclusive. Limited vegan options but still manageable (you can request a food concierge at every restaursnt to help you with your choices / provide custom options based on your dietary needs - no added charge). Beach had a moderate amount of seaweed which is typical of the region. Two biggest cons are limited restaurant availibility (one or two are closed each night) and the rush job on the rooms - a minor detail but you do notice these details if you look for them. Overall this was great value for the money. Shout out to Erick and Julio from the Kabhki restaurant and Juan from seaside."

"Room was wonderful! Service was great. Food was okay. I pay the same as every other customer yet because I smoke they put you in the corner with only one place to smoke...they should have had some place near the beach as well. After speaking with others that smoke too they were really upset over how smokers were treated. I understand, but we all paid to stay and we shouldn't be treated like we are bad people."

"Loved this resort! Absolutely beautiful, the food selection was great and the staff were all helpful and friendly. My only complaint was with the lack of shade in the pool, it is such a beautiful and large pool but lacks shade. We would absolutely come back to this resort."
