“Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! We received VIP access through Expedia, which made our experience even more special. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was delicious, and the restaurants offered a wonderful dining experience. We also enjoyed the hydrotherapy facilities, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return in the...

“What a magical place. The road to get there isn't gravel. It's muddy and has mud puddles on the way. But I was able to get there in a compact car just fine. This place is well worth it.”

“We had an issue with our door lock/keycards we got 5 different sets of key cards due to the faulty lock on the door. We had the do not disturb sign out and cleaning staff still entered our room.

“The property is exquisite and the resort is huge! This reservation is an extension of our original five day reservation- we loved it so much! The Jacuzzi tub on the loft suite balcony was an added bonus to the magnificent coastline view! Big shout out to my butler, Victor! He was so attentive and decorated the loft suite for a birthday celebration. Rocio, the butler, for the junior suite was very attentive and accommodating with our dinner reservations. She also went above and beyond decorating...
