“Smooth check in, very clear instructions. Easy, free parking just a few steps away. Lovely room, with beautiful furniture and decorative items. The room was large with comfy seating, as well as table and chairs for eating, plus a wonderful view of the harbour. Very comfy bed. Thoughtful touches in the room including chilled water, wine, cheese and oatcakes. Being opposite Co-op was very handy for food, though there were several options in the town too. “House was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Was met by one of the owners, who was very welcoming and she gave me my key and some useful information. The room (a small double) was beautiful and looked out onto the main room. Bed was comfy and had a great night's sleep. Only 2 issues, plug sockets are all very low to the carpet and I struggled to use them, as I have health issues. Other issue was the shower. “The guest house was excellent except others using it were not. Signs are needed to close doors quietly as front door bangs very loudly. Those leaving also banged their doors. Arguments in hall in middle of night was awful. I understand this is not owners fault but signage asking to be respectful of others may help. We were wakened at 2am till 4am with the noise. No concern over room which was great.”
