“Quando arrivi in modo autonomo l'entrata ti spaventa perché è puntellata,quindi sembra che sia pericolante, in realtà sul lato hai l'ingresso e scopri un bellissimo hotel liberty, arredi in legno, poltrone di cuoio, soffitti alti e arredi datati ma pieni di fascino. La colazione è scozzese,non aspettatevi brioches e torte, nel complesso davvero un luogo piacevoli.Si arriva dal traghetto con una piace CV ole camminata di circa un quarto d'ora”

“Expedia does not tell you they don’t answer phone calls from foreign numbers & they have no front desk/ staff on site so only way to communicate is thru Expedia. I couldn’t get continental breakfast because Expedia blocks emails & they couldn’t send me payment link. No food or beverage available on site or within walking distance. Food delivery was lame, cash only & no utensils. Decent shower, bed & wifi”

“A wonderful stay over before catching the Islay ferry next morning. We loved the common rooms and patios, with other guests ready to meet you and talk. The dining room is a beautiful hlassed-in room with a great view and food. LOVED the local mussels!
Our room was in the newer section, comfortable bed and roomy bath. Only complaint was that the bathtub plug wouldn't seal, so I couldn't take a bath.
The staff were so accomodating. We would definitely come back again!”
