Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided wonderful recommendations for exploring the area. “Our family had such a great stay at the Toravaig House Hotel. From the moment we arrived the team was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The breakfasts were spot on and delicious; my favorite the kedgeree (yum). There is no evening restaurant on site (yet, I believe that may be changing in the autumn) but we ordered the charcuterie boards for one of our evenings and were not disappointed. “The only thing good about this place is the breakfast was decent. The ladies served the meal were very nice and welcoming. Be prepared to drive thru a super long pothole-filled single road and finally arrived with nothing to eat, no where to eat, and the reception staff offered no help and couldn’t care less. Unfortunate, this was not a place that meets the Scottish hospitality standard. Will not return.”

“Being a customer who spent a lot of money renting there room we were unable to have dinner in their restaurant because they only have so many bookings per dinner. So if you don't make reservations way ahead of your ti.e you will not be able to eat in the area as there is nothing available after an early time of the day!”
