좋은위치의 깔끔하고 서비스가 좋은 조용한 호텔
위치가 정말 좋았어요 큰길에서 살짝 들어와 있지만 조용하고 트램에서도 가깝고 주변 주요관장지가 걸어서 갈 수 있는 좋은 위치였어요. 조식 메뉴 치즈 종류가 다양하고 빵 과일도 여러 종류 구비되어 있었어요. 넘 큰 호텔이 아니어서 조용한 식사를 할 수 있었어요. 특히 여자메니저분이 언제나 관광안내와 교통편을 잘 알려주고 호텔내에 불편함이 없는지 만날 때마다 체크해서 도움이 많이 되었어요. 단지 흠이라면 방이 일본 비즈니스호텔처럼 좁은 점. 다시 가도 또 머무르고 싶은 호텔이었어요.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very close to historic old city, main attractions within walking distance, many options for coffee, dining. Just know, standard rooms are pretty small, which is fine if you are coming for just a short visit. We came for 2 weeks and had to upgrade to a larger room. Also know, all rooms have a very small closet and no drawers to put clothes away (we had to use third bed in our room for that), which is ok for a short stay. Bathrooms were kind of small, but comfy with good hot shower, and water pressure, no problems with plumbing at all. Rooms and hotel are pretty clean, and cleaning ladies were wonderful and very sweet! Breakfast buffet was pretty good, nice coffee machine with all different options, eggs, cereal, salads, cheeses and local cold cuts, fruits, breads and pastries, nuts, deserts, juices. Hotel has a small, basic gym, small pool, sauna, and a steam room that we used. Overall, pleasant stay at the hotel, thank you!

I wouldn’t book this place smells like a sewage rooms very old needs updating, also Expedia are useless no help when you want to change as I wasn’t happy with the hotel so raised it due to my wife being pregnant but Expedia said here we will help but did not do anything and hotel stuff didn’t really care. Being a frequent flyer this was the first time I booked with them and will be last time and hands on heart worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The hotel staff are kind & friendly. The hotel itself needs some updating to compete with nearby properties set at this price point. There is no restaurant, the spa facilities were not working, while there is a hammam, massage facilities etc, there is no spa attendants. The internet was continually cutting out, & as a business traveler, this was not ideal. I was also given a twin room, which as an solo adult traveler, not the most comfortable. The room itself was very dark, especially the bathroom.

Hele kleine kamer. Geen babybed gekregen. 2 koffers en een kinderwagen paste amper in de kamer. Op loopafstand van alles of 1-3 haltes met de metro of trein. Perfecte ligging.

- Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen! Zimmer: sehr klein, nicht sauber, sehr laut(man hört alles aus anderen zimmern- wasserleitungen sind zu hören) bei Regen: stinkt es im Hotel nach Kanal bzw Abfluss -.- Essen: Schrecklich - keine große Auswahl , Brot sowie Käse und Wurst ausgetrocknet. (Kaffe wie Wasser) Säfte genauso. Lage : ist gut! Personal: ist ganz OK!

3 Personen Zimmer wurde für 4 Personen angeboten. 2 Personen Zimmer mussten 3 Personen übernachten. Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Gesaugt wurde nicht ordentlich, z.b. unter den Betten. Die Kissen waren zu hoch und hart. Toiletten bürste fehlte., Handtuchhalter nicht vorhanden.

Das Zimmer ist nur für 2 Personen geeignet und nicht für 4. Es war sehr eng, müssten 2 beistell Bette aufstellen und somit konnte man sich im Zimmer nicht mehr bewegen. Die Zimmertür war somit blockiert, man hätte im Notfall erstmal das Bett weg stellen müssen, um das Zimmwr verlassen zu können.

Cost effective with a tiny pool and gym. Breakfast was poor and took too long serving each person individually. No pastries or fresh honey dripping from a honey comb like other hotels. Front desk limited in English speakers and unable to understand much. Room was cleaned however the glasses and cups were just turned over with dry tea and dirt bits easily visible. Location was amazing. Worth a stay for the price but don’t expect too much from the hotel.

décoration style baroque - rustique, le petit déjeuner est bon , le restaurant est propre , j avais demandé des fleurs à l arrivée car voyage de noces mais il n'y avait rien dans la chambre , la chambre ne correspond pas , les lits non confortables, les draps jamais repassés, nous avons eu 2 lits jumeaux avec une lampe mal placée qui separe le couple, je me suis blessé à la tête avec le bout de la lampe , air conditionné qui fait un bruit, impossible de dormir , le service laisse à désiré, on vous promets des solutions et les jours passent, oubli de papiers toilettes, une serviette de bain trouée, la chambre est propre , à la réception à part une personne gentille, le reste ne vous dit pas bonjour, tres peu parlent anglais , le spa une catastrophe un sauna à 28 degré non fonctionnel et un hammam qui ne chauffe pas , la piscine est sympa . L' emplacement de l' hotel est très bien , tout est a proximité. On a 6 nuits + 1 nuits. On a réservé un taxi pour notre retour il n' est pas venu , un jeune homme de la réception réactif à pu nous trouver un second taxi. Attention prevoir 2 heures pour istanbul à aéroport Sabiha car beaucoup de circulation. Point négatif le service room est sympa seulement si vous étes une jolie russe sinon c'est un visage désagréable que vous verrez dans le spa et le couloir , pas tres aimable , la femme de chambre discrète et gentille . Hotel surcote ! Dommage. Qualité Médiocre Hospitalité absente. Hôtel vieilli mal...

Gorgeous Hotel... Except for the Rooms...
The hotel is gorgeous. The restaurant is beautiful and delicious. The hamam and all of the other facilities are wonderful. It's a wonderful hotel.. Except for the rooms, which seem to be held over from the 1970s. Many Turkish hotels suffer this condition. Gorgeous hotels, outdated rooms. So I can't recommend it for the price listed, there are other better options, even on the exact same block. But it's not awful, just not as good as it should be. With a room renovation, it would be amazing. Everything else is so good. Shout-out also to the manager who chased us to the sidewalk after we checked out and said "Give us a 5-star review", as a demand, not a question, with the meanest look possible... Or... what? What happens exactly if we don't?! So anyway, no, angry manager lady, it's not a 5 star review. And threatening us won't get you one. But it's a nice hotel and the other service staff were wonderful and very helpful.

旅馆房间整洁安静，大小合适，可以打开一个大箱子放在地上不用关闭。服务人员很友善。早餐具备所需食品。周围环境不错，离景点很近，步行几分钟到达索菲亚大教堂和蓝色清真寺。机场大巴站点也在索菲亚大教堂附近，方便去机场。旅馆提供免费泳池（旅馆自己的泳池在修，但可以免费打车送至bestwestern酒店使用那里的泳池），收费Hamam和按摩服务，总体感觉不错。

Positive: Good Location Negatives: Ants on beds, AC systems didn't work properly in first room we were given, dirty pool area, very small pool, pool drained and not working, sauna and steam room not working, staff not always friendly and didn't seem to understand what we wanted.

Le personnel etait disponible, souriant, et a l'ecoute de nos demandes. Le olus de cet hôtel est la privatisation du spa de 10h à 12h uniquement pour les femmes (reste du temps mixte). Petit bemol pour le petit-déjeuner qui n etait pas assez varié.

Grundsätzlich lässt sich dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Für die Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten unterhalb der Blauen Moschee bereits höherwertige Hotels, es war aber erstens laut und zweitens ging es Richtung Moschee bergauf. Dieses Hotel liegt ganz nah an dem Cemberlitas Hamam. Somit ganz nah an der gleichnamigen Haltestelle. Fußläufig ist das touristische gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind unterschiedlich groß. Wir hatten ein Doppelbett gebucht. Zunächst zwei Einzelbetten bekommen. Dieses Zimmer war größer, als das Doppelbettzimmer, welches sogar teurer war. Die Zimmer sind sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Überdurchschnittlich für Istanbul. Der Kühlschrank der Minibar ist klein und warm, voller Eis, zugefroren. Im Kleiderschrank mangelt es an Ablagefläche uns Aufhängmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück ist landestypisch. Für meinen Geschmack zu einseitig, täglich fast das selbe. Meiner Meinung entspricht es nicht dem Standard. Dennoch wird man satt. Hervorzuheben ist der kostenlose Wellnessbereich. Ein Minipool, mehr zum Spielen, zwei Armzüge und man ist drüben. Ein kostenloses Hamam, welches aber vermutlich nicht täglich gereinigt wird. Haarspangen etc. lagen über den gesamten Zeitraum an der selben Stelle. Wir haben vor und nach der Nutzung mit Wasser selbst gereinigt. Die Sauna muss selbst angemacht werden, dauert lange, 110 Grad. Dampfsauna hat nicht funktioniert. Der Sportbereich hat drei Geräte.

La chambre n’avait rien de semblable de ce qu’on a vu en ligne , c de l’arnaque. Y’avait pas de lits jumeaux pour un couple et 2 enfants. Ils m’ont interdit de me laisser monter de la nourriture du buffet pour mes enfants qui faisaient la grasse matinée. Serviette déchirée et photo à l’appui. Pas de microonde. Un mini frigo avec des boissons qu’on devrait payer à chaque fois qu’on consomme sans avoir été averti ( aucune note affichée) et payer 195 liras à note chek out . Les 2 réservations de sortie avec l’hotel Nous a couté le double des tarifs, et taxis aussi . Je ne book plus jamais avec Expédia à l’avenir . Merci pour votre aide qui nous a coûté un séjour médiocre
