Very, very clean. Cleaning and restaurant staff are very friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff do not speak English so difficult to communicate with but friendly.

It was overall good experience to stay, the location is spurb, just less than a minute to Tram station, tourist vibe, Grand bazar, restaurant are nearby, once you're on the road by the tram line you reach Macdonald, or burger king in 5 minutes, Breakfast was included in our package but couldn't try it because stayed with kids and was lazy to wake up early - Room was clean and cosy , with facilities, you can make coffee tea or can grab drink from the small fridge with full stake of - free chocolate, drink etc , even they put new water bottles with after every cleaning service, I've very less interaction with the reception staff but i feel them polite and good -

Alla fine ho chiesto un late checkout (3 ore in più) e chiesto quanto sarebbe costato. Non mi hanno voluto informare dicendo che avrebbero chiesto che fosse gratuito alla direzione. Tuttavia, all’uscita hanno fatto pagare l’80% di un giorno pieno. Non mi è sembrato serio questo atteggiamento.

Our stay wasnt that good as our room had no lights. We had to use the bathroom lights. Informed reception and nothing was done. On the description it says there will be bottles of cold water and an electric kettle in the room for teas and coffee but nothing was there. Dissapointed

Impressive service

Probably the most attentive, friendly, helpful staff I have ever seen in a hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive to the guests needs. I love how charming the hotel is, but the best part was for sure the staff! The hotel is also located in a great area so people can explore the city walking or via the city trolley. I absolutely loved Istambul and I believe my experience was great and I know that had a lot to do with the wonderful hotel staff. They gave me ideas many times and told me what was the fastest, cheapest way to get around the city. My room was cleaned daily, and I appreciated my free water, with ice too! I was very impressed with my whole experience! Thank you Balin Hotel crew 😄👏

Excellent location, but it needs more cleaning.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location of the hotel is excelent, less than 2 minutes from Beyazit metro station. There is a mosque in front of the hotel, so if you need more silence, you can ask for a room in the back(no view). Beakfast was good, but you need to wake up early, 8AM is okay, 9 is too late. The hotel in general is in good condition, but it requires more cleaning and some small fixes . In the bathroom floor of the room that we stayed were small pieces of broken glass. The reception arranged to be cleaned on the following day, but it was dangerous as somebody could get a bad cut or worse. Overall we had good stay. 3.5/5

Aucune compréhension en cas de force majeure

Mon avion a été annulé, certes je n’ai pas pris d’assurance vu que j’ai pris la chambre la veille et que j’étais sur d’y aller, je n’ai pas demandé un remboursement mais un report à ma nouvelle date d’arrivee Qu’on m’a refusé, une fois j’ai eu un cas similaire l’hotel Avait accepté de me laisser un solde créditeur chez eux. Je suis donc insatisfait de leur sens du commerce et de la satisfaction client surtout que je ne veux pas de remboursement . Merci à l’equipe Hôtels.com qui ont tenté d’arranger également le problème
