Location wise is almost perfect except for being a bit harder to find ( back lane ) and quite hilly surrounding area . Staff was very friendly and breakfast very good

Got free upgrade to a sea view room. Room was clean and cozy. Staffs were all super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Location was extremely convenient, 5 mins walk to both Galata Bridge and Galata Tower. You can jump onto T1 tram from the Galata bridge station to go south for famous mosques, old palace and great bazaar. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended
Our twin room was small but we were only there to sleep, so was fine. The hotel was spotless, breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and our receptionist was fantastic.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a unos 7 minutos a pie de la Torre Gálata. Está en un antiguo edificio, que interiormente lo han remodelado con un estilo industrial neoyorkino. La habitación no es de gran tamaño, diría promedio en la ciudad de Estambul. La cama y la ropa de cama son de buena calidad. El desayuno no está mal y el WiFi funciona bien. Lo negativo es que es la habitación es un poco obscura, le falta luz y para llegar al edificio hay que subir una pequeña colina. Un poco inaccesible para los taxis

There is better
The hotel seems new but it's poorly maintened. The room was dirty, I've found a plastic cap on a frame the bad had strange of stuff left on, the bathroom was decent but I got stuck in it during the night, due to the glass door that didnt open. The minibar didn't work and the ac was tiepid...I booked it with the 70% diacount but I do not get how the same room could be valued more.

Güzel karşılandık , lokasyon şahane Karaköy meydana Comendo merdivenlerine çok yakın . 3-4 ve 6. katta bize tahsis ettiğiniz üç oda da temiz ve konforluydu ailemizin fertleri çok memnun kaldı. Yataklarınız ekstra geniş , nevresimleriniz ve oda tertemiz fön makineleriniz hiçbir otelde bulunmayan profesyonel makinelerden, kahvaltı yeterli , çay kahve servisiniz çok güzel . Çalışanlarınız kibar ve yardımsever . 602 nolu odayı doğum günümde bana tahsis edip hayranı olduğum boğaz manzarasıyla güne başlamamıza vesile olduğunuz için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla fermata del tram Karakoy, zona tranquilla. Se si vuol fare a meno dei mezzi pubblici a piedi si possono raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni nel giro di 15/30 min. Camere comode, pulite e silenziose. Letto king size fantastico.

We have been waken up in the middle of the night by strong sewage odours. Room was not soundproof, we were hearing people shouting in the corridor in the middle of the night. We didn’t feel safe. To turn the bathroom lights on, we had to turn on the lights of the whole room so you can’t go to the bathroom without waking up your partner.

Very Basic
The hotel is very, very basic. The breakfast is disappointing. There is zero amenities in the room. The bathroom wall is glass, so when one needs to go in the middle of the night, you have to turn on the light, thus waking your partner. While the map shows it is near to public transport, there are some steep steps to negotiate. I will not stay there again

The Hotel was in a very cool district and hidden away in the back streets. It's located down a steep and narrow street, with historic steps near by. A really interesting area and is close to the port and Metro

Location, staff, and overall aesthetic design were amazing! They don't let you control the Air Conditioning System though and the room ran hot, difficult to sleep because of it and I couldn't change the temperature. At this price point, you should be able to control the temperature of your own room.

The staff was very helpful with making arrangements for activities snd transportation; breakfast was delicious and convenient, the room was comfortable and quiet. Location was fantastic for the activities we planned. The Galata area is on a hill, steep in spots with cobblebrick, narrow streets and may not be suited for all
