Family run little place, run down

This is a family run hotel where the whole family is sitting in the lobby watching tv at night. The kids clean the rooms and make breakfast. It’s located by a very steep road you have to climb up to get to pretty much anywhere. The first night they put me in a 1st floor room exposed to the street. Horrendous decor in the rooms. Wouldn’t stay again.

We recently stayed in the family room in Istanbul, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops and transport options just steps away. It made exploring Istanbul so convenient and enjoyable. The room itself was exceptionally clean and had all the appliances we needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, and the modern amenities ensured that we had everything we needed at our fingertips. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their friendly demeanour and commitment to excellent customer service made our stay even more pleasant. Housekeeping was also top-notch, maintaining the room in pristine condition throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel in Istanbul exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay in this vibrant city. We look forward to returning on our next visit!

11 gün kaldım. Baştan sonra çok iyiydi. Sabah kahvaltısı oldukça güzeldi. Çalışanlardı karşılaşabileceğiniz en iyi insanlardan olabilirler. Her konuda oldukça iyiler. Yardımsever ve naziklerdi. Bir daha gelirsem bu şahane insanların idaresinde olan oteli tercih edeceğim.

Biz çok araştırıp gittik,iyi ki gitmişiz,öncelikle konumu çok iyi Taksim meydanına 4 dk yürüme mesafesinde,Ailecek 5 kişi kaldık biz en baştan en sona kadar çok memnun kaldık,Ayhan bey ve mehmet beye teşekkür ediyoruz,arkadaşlar çok ilgili,kesinlikle tavsiye ederim,kahvaltısıda yeterince iyi, evdekinden hiç bir farkı yok,fazlası var epeyce.tam bir fiyat performans oteli…..düşünmeden alabilirsiniz,(ailecek gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz)
