Comfortable and good value
We stayed for 3 nights in the room with the terrace and it was fantastic. Comfortable bed. Strong and hot shower. Quiet room. This hotel is run by a friendly family and you can tell they enjoy providing a good experience The breakfast every morning was delicious and cooked fresh. Every morning there was something a little different. I would gladly stay again!

When we first arrived, we were told the hotel was next door by the staff sitting by the front door. Next door was not open or operational. So we stressed for about 15min trying to call reception. Then we asked the same people if they spoke English. They said no, in English. Then we asked where is the hotel and they said “here”. So not sure if they were first having a laugh with us, but we did not find it funny at all. First impressions count. The room was ready for us, so that was good at it was 8:30am. The family room is up a flight of stairs and the floor in the room was filthy. But there was a balcony and lots of space. Bfast was simple cheese, meats, breads, salads. But nice and sufficient. The location is on a hill but walking distance to Taksim Sq train station. But I would not be dragging my suitcase to and from. Would I stay there again? No.

The staying was very nice all the staff was amazing and welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and everyday they are cleaning the room, the breakfast provided is nice, the hotel is in quiet area you can sleep well,and it is 5 minutes far from Taksim square. I sugest this hotel for staying, and i will reserve again for my next trip.

Een top hotel voor een bezoek aan Istanbul. We hadden de ruime familie kamer met balkon en fantastisch uitzicht over Istanbul. Ligging perfect, op 5 minuten lopen van het Taksim Plein, waarvan je met de metro overal heen kan. Supermarkt en restaurants dichtbij. Goede sfeer, behulpzaam en prima ontbijt. Aanrader!

This is my first time in taksim nis hotel, I stayed at the triple room, it was very good, the staff are very flexible. Always at your service and please to serve you. We asked for a scale and they gladly brought us one. We requested for a hair dryer since the one at the room was not functioning, so they brought me a functional one immediately.

Нам очень понравился отель. Номер попался просторным. Был холодильник, чайник, плита, но мы ей не пользовались. Всё относительно чисто. Есть небольшой спортзал, бильярдный стол. Персонал очень доброжелательный, вежливый. Есть русскоговорящие. Спасибо этому отелю за тёплый приём.

Very nice tiny hotel👍I loved my room. It was clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious. And the staff was very friendly. My favorite feature of this hotel was that it was close to "Taksim", markets, park, pharmacy and "Havabus" stop.

Not recommended hotel
One of the worst hotels i stayed in my life, nothing went well, you feel like you are in a jail than a hotel. Most of Staff are un trained. House keeping is horrible, breakfast is the worst experience ever, cleanness is not to mention. Overall furniture is really bad and un confortable. AC was not functioning well. Lighting is very bad.

Room was dirty. The area surrounding the hotel was not safe. The hotel staff were rude. The entire hotel smelled like smoking. The bathroom had rat feces.

Dans l'ensemble, plutôt sympa l'établissement. Le personnel est vraiment aimable. Par contre, en y regardant de plus près, les murs sont sales, la salle de bain tombe en ruine (littéralement). Donc c'est bon seulement pour un séjour de courte durée...

Het is een gezellig hotel. Wij hadden de familiekamer met terras vanwaar wij een mooi uitzicht op de stad hadden. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en gevarieerd.

Great hotel close to EVERYTHING.
The hotel was beautifully located in taksim just a 3-4 minute walk to taksim square with hundreds of choices for shopping or food. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. They called a taxi for us and were available to answer any questions and give recommendations.

We stayed as a family with two kids in this property it’s really safe and super friendly staff overall I would of course go back to this hotel when I go back to Istanbul.

Enjoyed feeling connected to the locals. Staff was friendly. Price was beyond reasonable with breakfast included. What i saved i spent on taxi. Taksim was fun.

The hotel is relatively small but spacious clean rooms with wonderful helpful staff, their assistance make the stay comfortable, 10 min walk to Taksim Square & Metro

Details that made me choose this hotel were totally different than what I witnessed. The room wasn't clean. They mentioned that breakfast will be open buffet but it wasn't. Heating system worked with air conditioning not natural gas, which was an awful experience.

Odaları geniş ve dizaynı güzel. Banyosu biraz vasattı, kaldığımız odanın banyosunun tavanı üstten su almış, onun haricinde problem yoktu. Kahvaltısı pandemi dolayısıyla standart tabak kahvaltıydı, pek yorum yapamayacağım ama ürünler kalitesiz ve soğuktu.
