Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Great location. Small rooms and very old hotel in general. They should remove the carpet on the corridors/stairs, it’s so old and dirty. They should invest in new mattresses, sheets, towels. These towels must be so old they’re disintegrating. Very loud street so difficult to sleep but I had an overall ok experience.

Muhteşem lokasyon ve temiz konaklama
Şişhane metronun karşısında Pera'nın merkezinde çok güzel bir konumu var. Terastan Galata gözüküyor. Odalar ve banyo biraz küçük ama tavanlar yüksek olduğu için boğmuyor. Banyo ve genel temizlik iyi. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar da güleryüzlüydü.

The WORST hotel experience, the room was terrible! We booked a room for four nights in July 2022, but my wife and I could stay there only for one night! We trusted the pictures and reviews, but the room was really small, with no space for two luggage! The room was not well serviced; it had very, very dirty carpets, small pieces of toilet paper on the carpets, the bathroom trash can was broken, the shower water faucet hook was broken, and the shower drain was clogged! No breakfast and dining service! We found another hotel in the same neighborhood with much better value and service!

This hotel was not worth the money! the noise from outside was so loud that you can't sleep. The cars driving by, the honking of them, as if the car is in your room! there was mold in the bathroom. the carpet was full of stains. And the worst part, there were stains on the bedding, yellow stains! We absolutly would NOT recommend this hotel to others!!

Fint hotel.
Placering på hotellet er meget godt i forhold til İstiklal Caddesi, tæt på metro station også. Man skal ned af nogle trapper, hvor hotellet er cirka midt for trapperne, det kan godt virke lidt skummelt, især om aftenen. Men vi følte os ikke usikre. Værelserne virker slidte, vinduer kan ikke låses lukkede, det varme vand er et lotteri i sig selv, nogen gange kommer der og andre gange forsvinder det midt i ens bad. Sengen var komfortabel samt dyne og puder. AC virker dog rigtig godt!

The price did not match the quality. Pros: safe area staff are helpful. Cons :the building is very old, The rooms are tiny tiny spaces you barely can sleep and 3 steps to the door and thats it, they have bigger rooms but they the ones in pictures. Cleanliness: the carpet is very dirty sheets were alright Bathroom was not big literally i cant spread my arms or i will touch both walls. As I discovered the area filled with better quality hotel same rating and much cheaper but for some reason they dont show on expedia, try booking dottcom. The staff were nice and helpful I guess the place can be better If they spend more money on the building like more lights in the Stairwell and fix the broken stairs ( be careful when using th3m) It was good for short stay two days.

The hotel is situated very close to many of the landmarks in the area, while still being a relatively quiet place. The hotel is also very reachable using almost all forms of transport. The only disadvantages were that some of the finishings in the hotel were less than expected (minor leaks from pipes, loose nails and screws), and that the hotel is almost impossible to access for those on a wheelchair.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber aber die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Wenn man eine normale Grösse haben möchte, muss man drauf zahlen. Auf der Homepage sieht man nur die teuersten Zimmer, die anderen kleinen sind nicht abgebildet. Es wird kein Frühstück und kein Kaffee angeboten, was sehr ärgerlich ist. Personal ist nett, die Umgebung ist sehr schön.

I stayed for 4 nights great location 2 min far from istiklal street and its next to the metro station ,staff were very friendly and helpful the things i don’t like at first they gave us a dirty and small room with no light in the bathroom we informed them they changed it but to a smaller one , no kettles inside the room ,no place to put our luggage ,the hotel need a bit renovation in the rooms

Wir waren 11 Tage im Galata Antik Hotel. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral, alles ist vor der Tür sei es Restaurant, Bars etc. Wir wurden sehr nett an der Rezeption empfangen. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist völlig veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man konnte Gespräche der Nachbarzimmer mithören. Wenn man ein Zimmer zur Strasse hat ist es sehr laut und das bis frühmorgens. Das Reinigungspersonal übersieht gerne ein paar Dinge.

Çok güzel bir konaklama tecrübesiydi.
Erkek arkadaşımla yıldönümümüz için bu oteli seçmiştik. Çok yardımcı ve cana yakın çalışanları bizi otelde karşıladı. Otelin iç dizaynı size modern ve eski İstanbul evlerinin bir karışımını hissettiriyor. Konum olarak galata ve çevresindeki birçok yere rahatlıkla yürüyebiliyorsunuz. Odamdaki balkondan dışarı baktığımda galata kulesini görebiliyordum. Bu oteli tercih edeceklere tavsiyem manzaralı oda için balkonlu oda istediklerini otelle iletişime geçip söylemeleridir. Biz özellikle belirtmemiştik ama bir daha kalmaya gittiğimde kesinlikle belirteceğim. Otelin etrafındaki kafeler ve yemek yerleri çok güzel. İstanbul dışından gelecek insanlar için çok keyifli olacaktır.
