Wir (zwei Frauen) kamen gegen 20-21 im Hotel an und obwohl ich Unseren Ankunft 24 Stunden (!!) davor gemeldet habe, müssten wir dort warten und dann kam ein junger Mann und hat die Tür aufgemacht und uns mehr als einer halben Stunde warten lassen. Dann hat der sich entschuldigt und uns ein Zimmer im Keller gezeigt und dazu gesagt, dass da Probleme die Woche davor im Zimmer, welches wir gebucht haben gab und deshalb sollen wir im KELLER übernachten. Es hat wirklich von weitem gestunken und wir haben das Zimmer nicht akzeptiert. Nach langem hin und her und unendlich viele Telefonate mit dem Chef hat der Typ schlussendlich gesagt, dass er uns unser Geld zurückzahlen wird, wenn wir nen Antrag über Expedia stellen und wir so gutgläubig haben unsere Tasche gepackt und ohne Sprachkenntnisse und oder jemals in Istanbul zu sein, sind wir Stundenlang durch die Stadt gerannt, damit wir nen Unterkunft finden könnten & was wir erst gegen 12 in der Nacht könnten, weil Hotels voll waren. Kurz gesagt der Typ hat uns verarscht und wir haben das Geld weder zurückgekriegt, noch hat der M****k*** irgendeiner Nachricht von mir geantwortet, obwohl die mir die Nr gegeben haben. Expedia hat nichts gemacht, obwohl ich es in der selben Nacht gemeldet habe!!! Nie wieder und ich empfehle es wirklich niemandem! wie dort gestunken hat, seid ihr wirklich im Stall besser aufgeschoben!!

Istanbulda mısafır olarak gelen arkadasımla beraber 2 gun konaklama gecırdık. Istıklal caddesıne yurume mesafesınde olması ıle ve en onemlısı Mustafa Beyin konaklama memnunıyetımız ıcın gostermıs oldugu ılgı ve alaka ıle gonlunuz rahat bır bıcımde konaklama yapabılırsınız. Bundan sonrakı Istanbul seyehatlerınde kuşkusuz tercıh edecegımız bır apart otel. Hersey ıcın tesekkurler tekrar gorusmek uzere.

The hotel is located in bad and danger place where they attempt to robe us there is smell of sewers and there is no sign on building or any name on the building that called Tyra and before 2 days I called the number that Expedia provide but no answer and I have contact you to resolve problem but unfortunately you haven’t so when I have reach place No one answers in the building so I ended up waiting under the rain until 6:00 am and finally someone came and give us a room that was used and not cleaned you see garbage in the apartment and condoms in the floor of the room so I yell to him about apartment so he send me to other apartment so we stay there it was one room the toilet is inoperative there is no channels on the tv and air conditioning is disabled there is no curtains in the apartment so the light can enter room and prevent me to sleep in addition of noise and bad smell and the sofa in the apartment it’s about 90 cm bad experience ever and I am not sending this feedback for compensation but just to remove this place that I refuse to call him a hotel or even a jail from Expedia first to forbidden what happened to me and my friend to happen to someone else and second for the reputation of Expedia that is related to the satisfaction of the customer and I have zero, sorry not zero minus hundreds satisfaction regarding this place and thank you

Удобная кровать, но очень грязно

Большие аппартаменты, но очень грязные. Неприятный запах прокуренности. Не работал кондиционер, в ванной лежала чужая резинка для волос и использованное мыло. Улица тоже довольно жуткая - машину было страшно оставлять. Удобная кровать, чистый подъезд, не сильно далеко от центра - это из плюсов. За свою цену впринципе терпимо, если нужно где то провести одну ночь.
