탁심 하바타스 공항버스 타는 곳에서 머지않습니다만.. 언덕을 올라가야하는 번거로움은 있습니다. 호텔이 이비스계열이라, 3성급이지만, 실내의 넓이는 노보텔에 뒤지지않습니다. 가격대비 대만족합니다

The room had no window and it smelled very bad. I requested to change the room several times, but they told me to call the website where you made the reservation, but they didn't answer the support of the website. This was an awful hotel and I don't recommend it at all.

Un hôtel catastrophique. Leur 4 étoiles n'est pas vrai. Une odeur insupportable dans tout l'hôtel, on a pu dormir de la nuit car les fenêtre sont mal isolée. Coupure d'eau, moisissures partout dans la salle de bain. La propreté j'en parle même pas. A eviter cette hôtel.

The hotel is overall good for the price, but we didn’t sleep at all since the music from a club next to the hotel was super loud and got even louder after midnight. A good point is that breakfast was nice, and the hotel is 7 mins walking from Taksim Square, but don’t stay here if you want to have a good night sleep.

Inte bra läge. Det är rätt att det är nära taksim och det det tar cirka 10 min till taksim square dock läget är inte bra. Först det ligger i bilmekaniker område, allt runt omkring ser otrevligt och man kan se en del av den mörka sida av istanbul, för den andra hotellt ligger i nerförsbacke för att att ta dig upp särskild om du har barnvagn och en gamling är det ansträngande.

Stayed for 3 days for business. Location is far away from shops, bus station, Metro and located in steep street. The staff at the reception were too slow in handling my already booked room at arrival without explaining the reasoning. My room card had to re-activated every day

ekip süper - temizlik çok kötü
Dünya çapında iyi personelleri var. Hakan, Barış ve Mübarek Beyler çok başarılı turizm çalışanları. Yaklaşımları çok iyi, müşteri ve çözüm odaklı. Temizlik kavramı ise bu otelde çok bulunmuyor. Asansörden iner inmez koridor kokusu çok ağırdı. Odada ara ara tuvalet koktu. Koridordaki halıların üzerindeki lekeler artık halının parçası olmuş. Kahvaltı salonundaki koltuklar üzerinde çok fazla leke vardı, koltuğa peçete serip oturabildik. Ekip çok başarılı ancak temizlik bu otelin en büyük problemi.
