"The house was great and in perfect condition.
Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful.
Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it.

"Easily the best hotel experience I had while in Japan. The staff were incredibly helpful, I love the fact that the room came with a tea kettle. Location was easily accessible to the subway. Amenities were top notch. The breakfast spread was excellent. "
"We had an exceptional experience. From the moment we set foot on the property we received a warm welcome & the service felt customized and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us . We were also traveling with small children and they loved their stay and the staff so much that they didnโt want to leave . I highly recommend this property! "

"Room is very convenience with a little kitchen. Bed is comfortable. 15 minutes walk to CBD. Staff responded within seconds after I sent requests. Definitely will stay again with connect inn in the future. The only problem is we donโt know where to chuck the rubbish away. "
"Nice, spacious location with good accessibility to public transport getting you everywhere in Kyoto you want to see.
We went as family of four but it fits five with ease."

"Amazing location for a few days. Very comfortable and located in the station which has convenience. Shopping around, food everywhere, just very busy when you leave the hotel if you want something different. The hotel however was very nice. "
"We had stayed at 3 other hotels in Japan and by far the customer service was fantastic!! We were welcomed right away as we got out of our taxi and knowing it was a super hot day, we were given ice cold water bottles right away. There were chairs to relax in which was so nice. Interesting when we stayed at the Intercontinental in Tokyo there were so chairs to sit and signs everywhere stating not sit on the ledges. We were walked up to our room and when we asked for extra pillows/blanket the young lady brought them in less then a minute which usually sometimes takes hours to get.
Big shoutout to the best concierge staff ever! One of the ladies helped schedule a hair cut appt for my daughter and myself which was super last minute. She really wanted to help us. And we got amazing cut/color within 5 min walking distance to hotel. The next mornign when asking again for help with getting to the airport on train the concierge helped outline everything on the subways and color coded it.
Only downside is they donโt have a pool. Breakfast buffet was really good! Chef even came out to great everyone and to get feedback. "
"Staff are very pleasant and helpful with directions. I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is across the Kyoto train/bus station. The room is spacious enough for 3 people with unlimited toiletries."
