โExtremely friendly staffs, really well talking care of guests. I had mismanaged my reservation and overstayed without knowing. Staff had been understanding and handled my mistake so elegantly and professionally. It was embarrassing for me, while the hotel manager had handled the situation extremely well which made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Personally i have never been more appreciated and welcomed. Would love to stay in touch and visit again.โ
โIt was so convenient to walk around everywhere in San Jose! The host was very kind and accommodating even though I didnโt speak much Spanish. I would stay here again!โ
โI enjoyed the property very much! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were some issues with my first room, and they immediately switched me to another room without hesitation. There were plenty of places to walk to, including a grocery store. However the sidewalks weren't in the best condition and there were major inclines. Overall, I would stay there again! โ
โSafe, clean, and quiet. In the middle of Chinatown on a pedestrian only street. You can pick up your taxi or uber at the corner with ease. Police presence and police cameras around town make it safer than other areas. The staff is very supportive and will offer their guidance for a better stay. Safety lockers available. Mattress remarkably comfortable.โ
