"The staff members have been exceptionally kind and considerate. They have primarily taken great care of my parents, who are 76 and 84 years old. "즉흥적으로 가서 큰 기대 안했던 숙소 였는데 룸 깨끗하였고 ott를 다양하게 편하게 이용할수 있었음. 그리고 5층을 호텔 이름 처럼 다락같이 꾸며 놓으셔서 4.5성 호텔에서 느낄수 없는 아기자기한 재미가 있었음. 조식을 해먹을수 있게 과일,토스트,시리얼, 커피 등등 비치해두셨는데 양심없는 사람들이 몰래 다 가져가서 적자 나실까봐 걱정되었음. 사장님이 정말 친절하셔서 더 마음이 감. 남편과 즉흥적으로 자주 자주 가자고 얘기함. "

"잠도 못자고 새벽에 나왔습니다. 사장님 서비스 및 응대태도. 침구류 관리상태 정말 불편하고 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다. 건물내 펌프가동 소음 때문에 잠을 잘수 없고, 소음으로 인해 잠을 잘수가 없습니다. 로비층에서 바베큐 냄새 및 연기가 상부층 숙소로 다 들어옵니다. 침구류 상태는 썩은 냄새가 날 정도 이며 교체한 침구류에서는 관리가 되지 않은 이불을 주고 좋은 추억 만들려 가족여행 갔다가 다음날 일정취소 하고 새벽에 집으로 왔습니다. "

"We loved that we had a beautiful view and that we got to bbq right outside our unit. The owners were very kind and helpful and gave us our space. What we didn’t like was that it is down a very steep and long hill and most taxi’s couldn’t come down to pick us up. The ac didn’t work inside the unit so we had to leave our door open for some cold air to come thru. "

"아이들과 함께 겨울여행으로 다녀온 가평 루체른 키즈 스파 펜션! 가평 숲속의 겨울 경관을 바라보며 아이들과 함께 휴식을 즐기고 왔습니다. 복측형 객실로 구분되어 있고, 위 아래 아이들이 신나게 오르락 내리락 할 수 있는 정글짐이 있어서, 아이들어 너무나 즐겁게 즐길수 있었습니다. 예쁜 인형과 장난감도 남아 여아 두아이를 데리고 있는 저희 가족에게는 너무나 좋았구요, 스파도 즐기고, 생각보다 따듯해서 기대 이상 이었습니다. 저녁에는 아이들을 재우고 넷플릭스로 무료로 즐길수 있다는 점도 좋았구요!! 가성비 킹!왕!짱 루체른 키즈 스파펜션 너무나 좋은 추억 만들수 있게 해주신 사장님 감사드립니다. 체크인을 할때 따뜻하게 반겨주시고 체크아웃할때 나가는 길까지 에스코트 까지 해주신 다정하신 사장님 정말 인상 깊었습니다. 기회가 된다면 다음에 또 올게요! 감사합니다!!"
