"The check in experience was absolutely horrible. We waited for 2.5 hours AFTER our check in time to finally be given a room. The lobby was full of other guests also waiting. "

"The hotel was understaffed for the number of guests on a sold-out night. Only one of the four elevators was working, and we had to wait over 20 minutes in line to get on it. The room was on the 11th floor. There was no valet parking, had to park 2 blocks away in a garage. To top it off, the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. "

"I stayed here for a weekend for conference. Rooms are not really updated, but it clean 5 min walk from conference center. There is definitely not enough plus in the room (had to move nightstand off the wall to find plug between the beds). Also, nowhere to plug laptop at desk to work in the room. Parking was located directly across the street from the hotel, so that was plus (and has in/out privileges). The only thing I did not like was an early check in fee ($25). After driving 5 hours, waiting 3-4 hours to check in was feasible, we just wanted to relax before the first night of activities."

"I had a disappointing experience with this property, primarily due to poor communication and inconsistent customer service. Check-in instructions were not provided in a timely manner, and I initially had difficulty reaching anyone by phone and assessing the property. Although I later received a message apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a late checkout, this was never actually honored. When I followed up, both the late checkout and a brief extension for parking were denied. Additionally, I was charged an extra fee for an additional guest, despite booking a house advertised with nine sleeping accommodations and no breakfast. Overall, the experience felt focused on adding extra fees rather than providing reliable service or honoring prior commitments. The lack of responsiveness and failure to follow through on what was promised made the stay frustrating."
