"Hotel was under renovation. Dry wall all over the floors. Elevator was down. The only working ice machine was on the third floor. The hot tub was ice cold. Most of the staff were friendly some were just rude. Only got one key to our room because they were short on keys. That was incredibly inconvenient and ridiculous. I had to request it a few times before we finally got a second key. Room was okay. Anytime I complained to front desk they kept saying how their manger walked out and that’s why everything was a disaster. Do better and I’ll take a full refund because that was an awful experience. Would not recommend or stay here ever again. "
