"They added a parking fee though the website says free parking. 1/2 the elec outlets didn’t work"

"The hotel seemed okay at first but the room smelled like wet clothes when we walked in and the stench continued throughout our stay. Friday the pool was murky looking and had so much chlorine in it, that it burned my eyes although I never even got in. Saturday it was worse, and Sunday it was even worse to the point we had to clean the trash and bugs out ourselves. The jacuzzi didn’t work the whole weekend and the outside pool wasn’t much better. It was freezing cold in both pools and we had to clean the outside pool ourselves as well. House keeping never cleaned our room and said she couldn’t give us fresh towels, we had to get them from the front desk, there were only little face sized towels in the pool area and the dirty towels were left all around the pool area overnight from Saturday to Sunday. I never saw the fire pit lit and on top of all that they had the nerve to charge $20 plus tax per person (kids too) for the breakfast buffet. I was completely disappointed with my stay and asked for a manager to express my concerns to but was told there was no manager until Monday. This staff was polite except the house keeper but that’s the only nice thing I can say. "

"What a lovely hotel. Much much better than your average airport hotel. Reception were wonderful, received an Expedia room upgrade to a top floor suite. Fantastic room. Bar staff were lovely too. Definitely stay here again "
