Room is spacious, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping are also very quick to our to our request for amenities. The concierge staffs are polite and very helpful in helping us carry our luggage.

Check-in was easy, clear instruction was provided. House is clean and newly renovated. 3 bedrooms and 1bathroom. The only thing we did not like was the only bathroom. The rest were perfect. Shama Suasana Johor Bahru
Location was excellent. Bed, pillows are comfortable. Toilets and shower working well. Staffs are polite and helpful. Would be nice if there is an option to include or exclude breakfast.
