"Clean and spacious room with huge bathroom for South korea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the singer in the cafe bar too! Only negative, the lifts take forever so add 5 minutes to getting out of the hotel (especially if you have a taxi booked!)."

"The Wyndham Grand Busan exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, beautifully maintained and offers exceptional facilities. We travelled as a family of five and found it to be an excellent choice for families, while also being perfectly suited for business travellers. Our room offered stunning ocean views, including from the bathroom, which was a lovely touch. The gym and pool are both spacious, spotless and very well maintained. The hotel has three restaurants, and the buffet truly deserves its five-star reputation. It offers an impressive variety of dishes without compromising on quality—a rare combination. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented and genuinely excellent. At one point during our stay, we felt that the service fell short of the standard we expected. Once we shared our feedback, the hotel’s response was truly five-star. We felt genuinely listened to, communication was excellent, and action was taken promptly. The hotel clearly values guest feedback and is genuinely committed to continuous improvement. We also had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, who shared his philosophy on hospitality. It quickly became apparent that this philosophy is reflected throughout the hotel and in the way guests are treated. Our stay in Busan was far too short, but we will definitely be back. Wyndham Grand Busan has earned our trust, and it will be our first choice when we return to the city. Highly recommended."

"One of the best hotels that I even stayed in the world. I got a free upgrade to a junior suite, and the view was stunning facing the sea and bridge. the room was huge with a separate living room. Had tried the Italian restaurant at Level 31 and honestly the food was not so great. the pasta was a bit overcook. The breakfast was good with a menu selection of what you like for your drink, egg and noodle. But I am a bit disappointed that they only offer 2 selections on cold noodles. I was looking for hot based noodles for morning to warm up my day. Overall, this is an excellent hotel which you need to stay if you come to Busan."

"The hotel was well presented, and in a great location, the train station is very close by, as were lots of great shops and restaurants, the outdoor pool area was a highlight, though it was unusual not to have pool access included in the room rate, fairly good value, though be careful of all the add-ons, not much included in the basic room rate"
