This stay was a bit less desirable from what we are used to when staying here. Room was cold, shower was barely warm. This is one of our goto hotels when in kamloops. When infoming staff, they did their best to resolve any issues..

The mattress looked like someone had slept on it, when I was changing clothes the housekeeper came into the room and I was shocked. The toilet was dirty, it seemed like the room was not cleaned after the guests checked out. I was very disappointed staying at this motel. Cleanliness is number one for staying overnight in a motel or hotel.
