The room was very dated and the carpet had deep staining but the cleaning staff had done a good job so the room was clean. The staff were excellent at check in as well as we had trouble working the tv remote and they came immediately to help. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Parking was good and close to the room. For the money, it was a good place to stay.

This stay was a bit less desirable from what we are used to when staying here. Room was cold, shower was barely warm. This is one of our goto hotels when in kamloops. When infoming staff, they did their best to resolve any issues..

The nightly price was excellent. Cleanliness was very good. However, the state of wall repairs was absolutely terrible. Large decayed holes in plaster, door jams needed replacing. Bedding was too small for mattress, and so thin and dirty looking. Appeared clean but slept in our clothing. Will not return or recommend until improved.

The mattress looked like someone had slept on it, when I was changing clothes the housekeeper came into the room and I was shocked. The toilet was dirty, it seemed like the room was not cleaned after the guests checked out. I was very disappointed staying at this motel. Cleanliness is number one for staying overnight in a motel or hotel.
