"Room is clean,Staff is very helpful.
Air conditioning is kind a noisy when it’s starting up and when it’s shutting down.
The room is spacious ,the biggest china town in Japan is a cross the hotel. Location is convenient."
"This hotel was FANTASTIC! We had three (Canadian size) twin beds. They were long enough for my 6’ tall husband and son. The room was very clean. The food was amazing. The rooftop bento breakfast boxes were very good. I highly recommend this hotel. There is a Don Quiote store about 8 minutes away. If it is hot, and you are going to take a cruise, grab a cab because it is about a 20 minute walk."
"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel New Grand Yokohama. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect—within easy walking distance of both Yokohama Chinatown and Motomachi.
This was a special birthday trip for my elderly mother, and we were deeply touched when the staff member who escorted us to our room wished her a happy birthday. That thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable.
The traditional Japanese breakfast was exceptional, with outstanding quality and attention to detail.
What impressed us most was how well the entire hotel is maintained. It was clear that everyone—from the maintenance team to the hospitality staff—takes great pride in caring for this beautiful historic hotel.
Thank you for making our stay so special. We would be delighted to return on our next visit to Yokohama."
"I personally enjoyed that it was not attached to a major road but not too far from everything popular. 3 train stations within a 15 minute walk radius to take you anywhere you want to go."
