"Greatly nice hotel. Very comfortable beds. Sadly we didn’t have time to check out the spa or restaurant/lounge. They had a shuttle that took us into downtown which was a nice bonus. Easy walk into downtown also, just 5/10 mins."

"Rundle Chalets was a great choice for our Banff trip. There were two of us staying in a one-bed cabin, and it was the perfect size—comfortable, clean, and well equipped with the basics we needed. The cabin had a mini fridge, microwave, utensils, plates, and cups, which made our stay easy and convenient. We felt safe throughout our visit, and the location was excellent. It was close to Canmore, where we found plenty to see and do, while still being conveniently located for Banff and the other areas we wanted to visit. We stayed during peak season and paid about half of what many other hotels were charging, so the value was especially impressive. For the price, we thought it was very good. They also sell firewood for the outdoor campfire area, which has chairs for sitting around and relaxing. Overall, Rundle Chalets offered a clean, safe, affordable, and convenient stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"We really liked the property for our trip to banff and canmore. Those breakfasts really helped on our packed trip. It has a beautiful view if you take the executive room. Their pool was clean and enjoyable, hot pool was helping to relax. Staffs were so helpful. Perfect pick for banff trip!"

"It is an older hotel but well kept. The biggest issue was the air conditioning unit sounded like a small jet. It kept waking us up. Friends at the hotel stated the same issue so it wasn't just our room. We always sleep with ear plugs when we travel but they did not help."

"We loved our stay at Falcon Crest! Great location, close to stores and very convenient for the wedding venue and reception we attended. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even provided makeup remover, which was a nice touch. Our room was spacious with a balcony, full kitchen, dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer, and even a grill. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!"
