"We stayed at Blackstone Mountain Lodge for three nights for our Banff National Park trip. What like most about the service is - in all three days when we came back to our room after dinner, we found that that room service people made the bed and they also clean the sofa bed. Overall we had a very comfortable stay at Blackstone Mountain Lodge."

"We loved our stay at Falcon Crest! Great location, close to stores and very convenient for the wedding venue and reception we attended. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even provided makeup remover, which was a nice touch. Our room was spacious with a balcony, full kitchen, dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer, and even a grill. We loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The room was very clean and modern. The bathroom needed repair. I had to open the toilet myself to fix the flush and the sink had a very strange working faucet. We booked this room because there are few other choices in the area. We think it's a fair bit overpriced, The restaurant prices were high and breakfast area wasn't open until 8 which was too late for us. The casino and bar area were very good. We didn't use the pool."
