the side doors didn’t even have a lock on them, and the place is pretty run down. The staff was kind. The “breakfast” was nothing really. I ate cereal out of a cup (there were no bowls) and had to drink it (there was no silverware). I felt a little scared staying here but not the WORST. If I HAD to stay here again I could, but I wouldn’t ever choose it again. Nothing horrible happened, just felt gross and run down.

The property was okay. no mini fridge in the room but ice is available. no iron in the room had to checkout one at the front desk. Staff was very responsive. The key card system needs work though. For the price I would stay again.

It was certainly a good value and convenient to the airport. The area is safe and surrounded by very upscale hotel neighbors. It's not a true micro hotel compared with the Japanese concept, but smallish. Everything worked and it was relatively clean. This particular establishment seemed to be showing it's age, so could do with an update, however, I prefer the lower price for a quick 6 hours of sleep before my next flight kind of stay over.

Not real helpful in terms of issues, the rooms were decent, the beds good which is what really I paid for, they just charge a refundable deposit, waiting for them to return my deposit. No pool

They are remodeling this property. That is very nice because things need repainted and fixed. But for the price of it, I was willing to deal with it. It was in walking distance of the KCI expo center, which is what mattered to me. The staff was very helpful with any request we made.

No shuttles provided where as mentioned it is 24x7. Room size is approx 100sq ft where as mentioned 300 sq ft. No refrigerator and microwave in the room. No tissue paper in the bathroom. Towel and pillow covers are so dirty. Nevere go with this hotel.

This hotel has no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. Had to go ask for a towel. Breakfast only consisted of pancake or toast. Apple or orange juice. Rooms are really small. Couldn’t take a bath because there was no drain plug for tub or bathroom sink.

The condition of the hotel is well below average. The water in the bathroom was nowhere near warm enough to take a shower. There is no coffee in the hotel, let alone toast or a bagel. I could have just slept in my car. This is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service
I booked the hotel for my husband, paid for it and then the front desk refused to register my husband even though it had the confirmation email. The front desk person was really rude and arrogant.

This was just a last minute booking but the i arrived to the room and it was very clear that it was not properly cleaned. Bedding was all over the floor and no beds made. Bathroom still had a used bar of soap in the tub. Heater didnt work at all not recommend staying here and ice stayed at a lot of Microtels in the past.

Staff was rude and told us we could take it or leave with no charge, We had to drive around and find a place to stay that we could park and fly. Then I received two charges to my card. She stated the rules changed Jan. 1 and that we couldn't leave our car while on trip. When I called hotel, they said it would be an extra $25 fee and I felt that was fair, but she said no we could not leave our car.

Microtel equals mega issues
It was terrible. First I had to put down a rediculous deposit on the room. Even that room had several items not working slow drains fridge not cold. Switched rooms to no cable service on tv several light bulbs out and slow draining tub and sink also. Then upon check out The place has come up with multiple bs unfounded complaints on us and charges us more money And us not getting the whole deposit back.

Not the best stay I’ve experienced
The check in took a really long time, the hotel was a complete mess because it was under construction— but the construction areas were not safely blocked off so there was just a mess everywhere. The place smelled like cigarettes and weed. There was a couple yelling and fighting outside later at night in the parking lot, and the management didn’t do anything about it. It was a long night.

Dirty. Nothing works at this property except the television. Blow dryer doesn’t work. Shower curtains moldy. Spilled Pepsi or root beer or whatever it was all over the table in the room from someone else before me sticky mess. Heater felt like a/c in the room in middle of November when I’m looking for warmth. Side door of building broken so anyone can just walk in at anytime of day. I can go on and on but I won’t

Not great but not terrible
Decent room for the night. Clean at least. Needs a remodel. The TV in one of the rooms I purchased never worked. But for 150$ for two rooms. I would recommend a stay there.

Property was under construction all access doors were open zero security besides the cameras reeked of marijuana up and down the hallways there was blood on our blanket selection of the breakfast items was very limited and I was charged a different amount than what expedia had told me my total charge would be

Don't stay here!!
AC / heater broken as in didn't work at all. No hot water. Hair dryer didn't work. Spider in my room. Super small room, like half the size of a normal room. Breakfast selection?? What selection. 3 cereal options but only one had cereal in it. Pancake machine no batter to make pancakes. Toast no butter. Jelly was old and dry. DONT stay here!! What a joke!!

Rude management, they found no reason to inform me of construction work (resurfacing their parking spaces and would call me to move my vehicle twice even three times a day. Electric outlets constantly trip at the breaker. Elevator doesn’t work. Don’t stay here…

we apologize for your inconvenience stay, we are not rude, more then 3 to 4 times we our staff inform you to park on next lot, due to doing new parking but still you never moved your car & we had to call you & never moved & our staff moved your car. on one let 5 to 6 equipment plugged & said breaker trip still we fix right away, elevator was fixed very next day. again we apologize for your inconvenience stay. thanks
