Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
이 호텔은 직원 서비스, 시설 등 최악이었습니다. 12월 11일 체크인, 12일 체크아웃 일정으로 호텔스닷컴으로 예약을 했고 확정 메세지를 받은 후 당일 방문 했습니다. 그런데 프런트 직원이 예약을 확인할 수 없다고 해서 1시간 넘게 기다렸고, 별도로 하루 숙박비를 결제하면 확인 후 환불해 주겠다고 해서 그렇게 진행했습니다. 다음 날 체크아웃 하면서 확인하니 여전히 확인이 안되어 빨리 확인하고 전화를 주겠다고 하고는 아무 연락도 없었습니다. 2일 후 일부러 호텔에 다시 방문해서 물어보니 확인을 못하고 있다, 그래서 확인 후 꼭 연락을 주겠다고 하더니 며칠이 지나도 아무런 연락이 없는 상태입니다. 원만한 해결을 위하여 호텔스닷컴에서 확인 후 처리 바랍니다.
