“Loved the service in particular from the staff. Especially at the front desk, Maria and the Fitness Instructor, Sophia. The food was such good quality for an all inclusive! Would definitely come back!”

“Great location in Paphos with amazing amenities. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had a suite with sea view - champagne on arrival and stunning sunsets from the balcony!!”

“Very welcoming staff throughout. Great to be on the beach or at the pool. Lots of sun beds available. Buffet restaurant dinners excellent with good variety and always hot. Italian restaurant highly recommended visit. Lifeguard at the indoor pool was great at entertaining the kids. Inaya at kids club was great at keeping our 5 year old well entertained.”

“What a beautiful hotel, service is excellent, the food is amazing, I will go back again, thanks to all the staff you were amazing and we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to see you again in the coming year”

I specifically booked a double bed but was given two uncomfortable single beds, despite the hotel appearing almost empty. The mattresses were excessively soft. The patio door was difficult to close due to an apparent obstruction in the runners. Reception staff were rude and dismissive. On arrival, 2 receptionists were busy chatting and I had to wait to be acknowledged. When I requested an umbrella...
