“excellent personal and nice hotel”

“We were able to get a late check in”

“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I checked in late at night only to find that the lights in the room were not working properly, the bed was dirty, and the bathroom was extremely old and poorly maintained. Instead of getting the rest I needed, I spent the night feeling uncomfortable and regretting my stay. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable, and I ended up leaving the hotel at 5:00 a.m. because I simply could not stay any longer.”
