"Had a small misunderstanding at the beginning and they bent over backwards to make it right immediately, which I find admirable. It was great in all other ways - it’s an older hotel, but the room was spotless, bed comfortable, and even had a hot breakfast (basic eggs/sausage/waffle fare). Super friendly staff. We will stay again next time."

"Obviously can't be beat if you want a good hotel that's right next door to Cedar Point and will get you early access to the park. My family had a nice room that faced onto Lake Erie with a lovely enclosed terrace. But weirdly the bathroom seemed very old and long in need of renovation. And the hotel's "fitness center" was a joke - just a couple of ellipticals and treadmills, and a broken weight machine left in totally disarray. Still it's nice to have a few different restaurants at your disposal (even if a bit overpriced) and to have a place to take an easy midday rest when you need a break from Top Thrill 2 and Steel Vengeance."

"This hotel was excellent. We cannot wait to come back and stay again. The staff was excellent. The accommodations were great. The breakfast was perfect. Plus, free ice cream every night…ok! Went for three nights while visiting cedar point. What made it even better is the “entertainment venue” attached. Bowling, a little betting on some horses… Nothing but rave reviews for this experience."
